Here are some common questions

I understand that you are one stop shop for business. However, can I use services only from one element of the options?

Yes! As and when you need access to more and more service elements, you simply add it to your portfolio of needs

I note that if I use your services and elect to sign up on Retainer (where I pay a fixed monthly fee), am I locked into?

No! By default our Retainer fee model are month to month unless otherwise mutually agreed.

Clearly the pfireGroup can espouse the many reasons for their uniqueness. What would you say are the TWO most important things to remember when doing business with the pfireGroup?

Great question! So many answers. However, perhaps the two that stand our are: –

      • Our owner operator collection of businesses specialise in the most important business functions in your business. The stand tall and are backed by larger organisation ensuring continuity of services to you to ensure that your relationship with each of our service elements you endure beyond any individual.
      • And second, we are growing and no matter how much we expand, our collaboration is always relationship driven. We use some of the most advanced technology to ensure efficient service delivery – all of which is designed to grow our relationship – never to replace it!
If I access services from your multiple service element options, do I deal with one person for everything?

No! Each of our service elements is managed by a specialist. For example, if you are using services from our accounting services (pfireSafe element), you will have direct contact with this specialist. If you are using other services such our CRM platform (pfireStorm), then you will deal directly with a specialist in this area. Using our bespoke technology, keeping tabs on who said what, we you are, and the status of your services is seamlessly manageable. Each of the specialist that are serving you provide you with access to your own secure Client Portal ensuring that you will always be able to keep your finger on the pulse of activity.

Dealing with one service provider for all of my business needs is a little scary and seems a little risky!

With this one-stop-shop, I am concerned about access of my personal information. How is this managed and how is my data protected?

The pfireGroup offers a single one-stop-shop business to business service that is made up of multiple service elements. Each of this elements (which we have packaged) work hand in hand with the others. No matter what service element or elements you use in our Group, we measure our value by your success. In doing so, it is our client’s expectations that we identify any areas of opportunity, weakness, threats or strengths in your organisation and share our solutions and offerings with you. Your personal and related information is secured within our bespoke technology platforms and no-one other than you or our Group has access to it. This is further tabled in our POPI compliance manuals in terms of the POPI Act.
